Roundoak is a working farm breeding Hebridean sheep and Highland cows set in the heart of the Kentish Countryside, south of the county town maidstone, on the southerly slopes of the Greensand Ridge overlooking the beautiful weald of Kent.
The mainly grassland farm now consists of approximately 180 acres including 5 acres of natural oak woodland at Sutton Valence and a further 50 acres just a mile or so away at Ulcolmbe.
The site is clean, level with mowed grass. The caravan pitches are served with individual hook ups, BRAND NEW to 2014 WC and shower unit which are available at an additional charge.
All of our pitches are situated south facing overlooking the beautiful farmland. There is a woodland area with lovely walks available to guests and this area also offers a large BBQ area perfect for relaxing around a campfire all you need todo is arrange prior.
Controlled dogs are welcome.
Roundoak has a secure coded access gates and security cameras.
Guests are welcome to look around the farmyard by arrangement, depending on the time of year, there are normally sheep, lambs, chickens, pigs, piglets, cows, calves and ducklings to see and pet.
Home produce is always available which includes eggs, meat such as Sausages, bacon, lamb and beef.
We also produce our own bed throws and wool which can be purchased as well as branded Roundoak clothing by Musto, which includes jackets, coats, fleeces and polo shirts which all are top quality and perfect to keep warm in whilst helping out around the farm.
We have a variety of different types of accommodation on offer:
PLOT: Plots for tents or caravans with electricity connection. Grass floor or hardstanding are available.
PLOT FOR MOTORHOMES: Specific plot at the beginning of the campsite to make easy access.

If visitors require the use of the hot shower and toilet, a supplement of £5.00 will be charged (Two people)
