Les Mediterranees Campsite Reviews

Overview

Les Mediterranees Holiday Park

If you stay at Les Mediterranees you get the choice of two great camp sites for the price of one. In the Nouvelle Floride campsite you have great access to a water complex and an entertainment area along side access to a stunning beach. On the Charlemagne camp there is a busy bar and restaurant complex with direct access to the beach.

Accommodation at Les Mediterranees is all in chalets and there are several different types to choose from. All chalets have at least one double bedroom and at least one twin room. Each chalet has its own shower and loo and a separate living and kitchen area which has all the kitchen stuff you need to cook up a storm for the family. Chalets also have patio furniture and you have can also have decking space which is perfect for summer evening barbecues

Onsite

Facilities & Activities at Les Mediterranees

The kids are well looked after with the on-site kids clubs for children between the ages of 4 and 12. There are morning and afternoon activities arranged to give them a great time and you some quality down time. There are also safe friendly children’s play-ground where you can all play together.

If you are looking for a break from the kitchen there are two great restaurants, one in Nouvelle Floride and the other in Charlemagne where they serve really good French food. There is also a take-aways where the you can sort out lunch time hunger pangs.

It’s hot and you’re on holiday so the kids will want to head to the pool and they won’t be disappointed. With kiddies pools, water slides, water chutes and even a lazy river the toughest choice will be where to try first. There’s also a good selection of sports on site including footie, volleyball and table tennis. And there is a Light exercise equipment area. Of course you mustn’t forget the direct access to really stunning beaches, miles of golden sand on a really wide beach – none of that post card sized bit of beach here guys!

If you travel off site the activities include golf, fishing, windsurfing, waterskiing, horse riding and bicycle hire. Most are to be found within a few miles of the park but you will need to travel a bit further if you want to go karting (oh please, can we Mum?). Locally there are some lovely little villages and ports to visit including the new Cap d’Agade complex.

A brilliant parc with access to the beach and a fun pool you will have plenty of arguments on your hands. If you like to keep fit you’ll find lots of sporting activities onsite, I joined in the water aerobics most mornings.

The site is kept very clean and with 24 hour security guards, you’ve got nothing to worry about.

    Highly Recommended! :)
