Haven Hopton Reviews

For a family beach holiday, Haven Hopton really could not offer better.  Located on the top of a small cliff the park has access to miles and miles of golden sandy beaches and with the  driest weather un the UK, there’s always plenty of chance to get to the beach. Located just a few miles from the holiday resort of Goreleston means there is also plenty of seaside fun to be found there as well. The camp itself also has perfect safe, enclosed spaces where children of all ages can take part in a wide program of sporting and other activities to make a truly memorable family holiday.

Families staying at Hopton have a bewildering array of accommodation to choose from. There are more than 10 different types of caravans to choose from ranging from standard to luxury lodges. The main differences between the types of caravan are in the amount of space provided. Each will be available in two or three bedroom configurations and with sofa beds that means space for either six or eight people. They’re also custom caravans that are designed to meet the needs of visitors with more specialist needs and these caravans are also perfect for those visitors that use registered assistance dogs. Chalets provide a choice of extra space and so are perfect for larger families while apartments also offer more space and higher standards of comfort. The park also has facilities for touring and camping with hard standing and grass pitches all providing parking and electricity. For those who fancy a few more creature comforts when they go camping then Hoptons glamping facilities include a range of supertents, safari tents, yurts and geo domes that offer ready erected accommodation and more than  the usual levels of camping comfort.

Facilities & Activities at Hopton

Of course a visit to Hopton is bound to focus on the wonderful sandy beaches that are so close to the park but there is also plenty of action to be had in the park itself. There is a superb indoor pool tht is heated making it perfect for the days when the weather might let you down. With its own SplashZone and slide the pool is designed to occupy children for hour after hour and there is more than a chance you’ll find it hard to drag the kids away. The outdoor pool is gloriously spacious and has a sun terrace and loungers that make it perfect for lazing away hot summer days.

Hopton also has a fun program of water activities that will keep the children amused for hours. For a reasonable fee the kids can take place in activities such as Learn2Swim, Aqua Gliders, Pool Kayaking and Turbo Paddlerz. There are also free sessions such as Water Confidence and Fun Inflatables.

On top of all the water based activity Hopton also offers a raft of other things to keep everyone occupied and on the go.
