There is a wide choice of accommodation at Butlins Skegness. Gold and Silver standard apartments are created with those families who like a little more independence on their holidays in mind. There is a choice of two or three bed roomed layout. The three bed roomed consists of one double room and two twin rooms, sleeping up to six guests while the two bedroom sleeps four in a double and single room layout. All apartments are clean and have daily housekeeping with bed linen and provided. Kitchens are fully equipped so you can organize whatever catering you like. For an extra touch of holiday comfort why not upgrade to a Gold standard apartment where your towels will be provided, you can have early check in and there is a dishwasher in the kitchen.

For those looking for the complete Butlins experience you can hire one of the well appointed rooms and enjoy one of the flexible meal plans on offer. Rooms sleep up to six, separated into a double room and one or two twin rooms with a separate bathroom and are perfect for most families. The master bedroom also has a TV and tea and coffee making facilities for that first thing in the morning cuppa. When you book you can also request a ground floor room for a one off payment that will be refunded if you are a blue badge holder.

If the weather’s not perfect for the beach then you can find tropical temperatures inside Splash Waterworld. After a major upgrade in 2012 the Butlins Skegness water park has some truly amazing features. With three super fast flumes, family raft rides on the lazy river, even an outdoor lazy river, rapids and bubble pools the whole family will be able to enjoy the water all day long. There are also water cannon and a huge wave machine as well as outdoor splash pools. This is one attraction that you will find it hard to keep the kids away from.

There is also a traditional fairground with carousels, chairplane rides and a separate fun fair for the under fives. The best part of the Butlins Skegness fun fair is that all of the rides are free.  All day, every day there is a program of live shows presented throughout Butlins Skegness. The Reds and Centre Stage show venues present a whole range of shows including West End style events, I Can Cook demonstrations and Bob the Builder shows. In fact, there re more than 15 different shows to choose from each week. Sports coaching is also available, football, volleyball, beach cricket and fun fencing are also arranged regularly at no extra cost.

Feeding the family can also be worry on holiday. Not so at Butlins Skegness where there is a wide range of food options and meal plans for you to choose between. The Deck Restaurant is a buffest style restaurant serving international dishes, a daily carvery, as well as favourites from the pasta and stir fry bars. At Ludo’s Italian there is a range of traditional Italian cuisine on offer with a range of superb Italian ices to suit any tastes. No seaside holiday is complete without fish and chips and at Rock and Sole you can sample some of Skegness’ finest. Traditional favourites such as cod and haddock are joined by pies, sausage and chips as well as mushy peas for a great meal. Pickled eggs and pickled onions also available – what could be better!
