Bella Italia is a stunning campsite that lies on the southern shore of one of Italy’s most famous lakes. The parc is set in very pretty surroundings that are well cared for and has plenty of activities to keep the whole family amused.

There are 1285 pitches on site so this is a lively park with a busy atmosphere. You have a good choice of accommodation starting with canvas. Classic tents sleep up to four people with separate bedrooms and have patio furniture for outside dining. There are a range of chalets with either two or three bedrooms and all the creature comforts you’ll need for a good family holiday and the Bella Italia Bungalows, more substantial holiday homes with two bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the lounge there is ample space for up to six. Kitchen and lounge facilities include everything you could need as well as air conditioning to introduce a little extra evening comfort.

Facilities & Activities at Bella Italia

With all that summer sun it’s going to be outdoors all the way and the pool complex at Bella Italia is a great place to spend a busy family day. The complex has five pools ranging from the large, main pool which is 11000m² and is a lagoon style pool with an island in the middle. The second pool has a range of water features such as slides that are perfect for young children whilst the smaller third, fourth and fifth pools are perfect for the youngest family members who might need something a little more gentle.

Lying on the shores of lake Garda means that there is a very wide list of activities that can be undertaken including windsurfing, canoeing, dinghy sailing, kayaking ant the most Italian of all, pedalos. Ciao – Bella!

There is also a wide range of sporting activities including tennis, footie, basket ball, volleyball and archery.

This is Italy so the food is great. Overlooking the lake there is a lovely family restaurant that serves a children’s menu and typical Italian regional specialities. There is also a take-away pizza bar for banishing lunchtime hunger pangs. Get outside of the park and head for the Bugatti – Ferrari Museum at the Galleria Ferrari in Maranello. It needs nothing more to be said than that! You can also head for Gardaland which is the largest amusement park in Italy .
